平家物語は歴史的な価値を持つだけでなく、過去に生きた人々の命の旅路と現代の私たちを繋ぎ、想いを馳せる役割を果たす。盛典は平家琵琶の伴奏で平家物語を語る『平曲』を通じて、平家物語を現代に伝えるアーティストである。薩摩琵琶・平家琵琶奏者である須田誠舟氏に師事し、琵琶の文化を未来へ受け継ぐために日々研鑽を重ねている。

The Tale of the Heike is not only of historical value, but also serves to connect the lives of people who lived in the past with those of us living today, allowing us to reflect on the past. MORINORI is an artist who conveys the Tale of the Heike to the modern age through Heikyoku, a form of storytelling accompanied by Heike biwa. She studied under Suda Seishu, a performer of the Satsuma biwa and Heike biwa, and is working hard every day to pass on the culture of the biwa to future generations.
