Preparation準備

申請に必要な情報と資料を下記のようにご準備ください。

入力項目（必須）
氏名、よみがな、メールアドレス、住所、パスポート記載の国籍、生年月日、アーティストステートメント（300文字以内）、希望期間、滞在目的・活動プラン（500文字以内）、オプションプログラムの提案（希望者のみ、500文字以内）
入力項目（任意）
アーティスト名、現在の活動拠点、ウェブサイトURL
添付資料
必須：顔写真(jpgまたはpng)、過去の作品データ（ポートフォリオ可）
任意：活動経歴書、滞在目的・活動プラン、オプションプログラムの提案などの追加参考資料があれば添付可能
※参考資料は全て1つのフォルダに入れ、zip形式で圧縮し、オンラインストレージサービスにアップロードしてください。申請フォームではダウンロードURLをご入力ください。
※過去の作品データのうち、動画の方は視聴できるURLを記載したテキストファイルを作成してください。
※当方の作業環境はWindowsです。Pagesアプリをご利用の方は必ずPDF化してください。

Preparation

Please prepare the required information and attached files for the application as below.

Your Name, Email address, Address, Country of passport, Date of birth, Artist statement (up to 200 words), Desired period of residency, Purpose of your residency/Activity Plan (up to 300 words), Proposal for Option Program (only applicants, up to 300 words)
Items (if you have)
Artist Name, Current base of your activities, Website address
Attached files
Required: Headshot (jpg or png), Images/videos of past works (Portfolio is available)
Optional: Additional files such as CV, Bio, Purpose of your residency/Activity Plan, Proposal for Option Program if you necessary.
* Please put all attached files in one folder and compress it in zip format, and upload it to a cloud storage. Please fill out the download link in the application form.
* If your past work is a video, please create a text file containing URL where it can be watched.
* We use Windows. If you make files on Pages, please convert that to PDF.
