• 前泊について / Early Arrival Stay

  対象：原則各自で会場に来場可能な方のみ開講前日（8/21）に宿泊可能とします。
  また会場到着時刻に制限はありません。

  ご希望の方はa・bのいずれかを選択してください。
  a) 料金：4,500円 / 8月22日朝食・昼食付
  b) 料金：6,000円 / 8月21日夕食・8月22日朝食・昼食付

  定員：各若干名、要事前申し込み

  ※原則、各自で会場に来られる方としますが、送迎を希望する場合は別途コンタクトフォームからお問い合わせください。

  Participants may stay the night of August 21 only if they can arrange transportation to the venue on their own.
  One may arrive at the venue at any time.

  Those who are interested, please select either option a or b.

• キャンセルポリシー / Cancellation Policy

  ・都合によりキャンセルされる場合、キャンセル申出日によって所定のキャンセル料がかかります。また、返金に係る振込手数料は申込者の負担とさせていただきます。
  ・入金期日を過ぎて連絡がない場合と未入金はキャンセルとみなし、キャンセル待ちの方に譲ります。

  - If you need to cancel due to personal reasons, a designated cancellation fee will be charged based on the date you notify us of your cancellation. Additionally, any bank transfer fees related to the refund will be borne by the applicant.
  - If we do not receive payment by the specified deadline and no contact is made, your application will be considered canceled and your spot may be offered to someone on the waiting list.

  ・小中高生の申込みには保護者の同意が必要です。下記同意書に必要事項をご記入の上、提出をお願いします。
  - Applications from elementary, junior high, and high school students require parental/guardian consent. Please complete and submit the consent form below:

  ・小学生の参加は保護者の同伴をお願いします。（宿泊費別途、聴講クラスと同額）

  ・期間中に行われた取材・撮影内容が、ウェブサイト並びに各種宣伝媒体に使用される場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。
  ・いただいた個人情報は、当事業の運営のみに使用しますが、運営上必要な範囲で関係機関へ提供されます。

  - Elementary school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. (Accommodation fees for guardians will be charged separately.) - Rooms will be shared with 2 to 3 participants per room.
  - Please note that photos and videos taken during the program may be used on our website and in various promotional materials.

• 受講生アンサンブルの実施会場および最終日解散場所について / Venue for the Student Ensemble & Final Day Drop-off Point

  8月26日(水)午後に実施する受講生アンサンブルの発表は、秋吉台国際芸術村から山口県政資料館 夢交流ホール(山口市滝町1-1)へ会場を移して、一般公開で行います。

  当日は秋吉台国際芸術村から会場まで、実行委員会手配のバスで移動します。自家用車で参加される方は、山口県政資料館まで各自でご移動ください。(所要時間約45分)
  発表終了後は山口県政資料館にて閉講・解散となります。

  なお、新山口駅までの送迎を希望される方は別途お申し込みください。
  ※新山口駅から空港連絡バスを利用予定の方は、空港連絡バス最終便(ANA便対応)をご利用ください。

  The student ensemble performance on the afternoon of Wednesday, Aug. 26 will be held at Yamaguchi Prefectural Government Memorial Hall (Yamaguchikensei Shiryokan/1-1 Taki-machi, Yamaguchi City), instead of Akiyoshidai International Arts Village(AIAV).

  On the day, participants will travel from AIAV to the venue by bus arranged by the office. Participants coming by private car should travel directly to Yamaguchikensei Shiryokan (approx. 45 mins).
  After the performance, the courses will conclude and participants will be dismissed at Yamaguchikensei Shiryokan.

  For those who wish to use free shutlle bus to Shin-Yamaguchi Station, please apply in advance.
  *If you plan to take the airport bus from Shin-Yamaguchi Station, please use the last bus service connecting to ANA flights.

参加申込み方法 / How to Apply

上記各クラスごとの申込フォームによりお申込みください。
※申込フォームは募集開始日に公開されます。

・お申込み後3日以内に事務局より申込内容の確認メールをお送りします。3日以内に連絡がない場合はお手数ですが、ご一報ください。

・受講料の支払いは事前振込となります。参加が確定された方へ振込に関するご案内をメールにてお送りいたしますので、指定する期限内に参加料をお振込みください。入金を確認次第お申込完了となります。
